Kickstart your mornings with our invigorating Vinyasa Yoga classes, now available every weekday at 7 am in Cooroy.

These one-hour sessions include a revitalizing flow of yoga postures followed by a calming guided meditation to set a positive tone for your day.

Movement Meditation: Dance Without Rules

It's not about perfecting steps or following routines; it's about letting go, getting fit, and releasing stress in a joyful, liberating way.

Why Movement Meditation?
Studies have shown the powerful effects of dance on the human psyche, reducing chronic pain and enhancing overall well-being. Research from Deakin University in Australia found that regular dancers reported greater happiness, satisfaction in relationships, and better health compared to non-dancers. 

Movement Meditation taps into this power, combining the joy of dance with the healing effects of mindfulness.

Our Movement Meditation sessions guide you through a personal and collective journey, connecting mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Set to carefully selected music, the experience helps you move away from mental chatter and into the present moment, where you can truly feel and be.

This practice is open to everyone, regardless of age, cultural background, or fitness level. Whether you're moving with traditional dance steps or simply letting the music move through you, each session is a unique opportunity to connect with your inner self and your community.

It offers daily yoga classes, sound embodiment workshops, regular sound therapy and meditation sessions, creative therapies workshops, drama and art therapy courses, herbal remedy workshops, monthly kirtan and industry-approved training for those who want to build a career in the holistic well-being field.
