My passion is to help, motivate and provide empathy and understanding to people from all walks of life. I've studied various creative therapy and healing qualifications,

completed Art Therapy and Holistic Counselling diplomas, and am presently training in coaching, mental health and resilience.

I have a strong intuition for understanding human energy and energy exchange, as well as a creative and inquisitive mind about psychology and neuroscience.
