Facilitator / Course Advisor

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Location: Cooroy Campus

Role Overview: This is a versatile, multi-faceted and dynamic role. As the course advisor, you will be trained in every aspect of our programs and you will facilitate practitioner training courses as well as workshops and therapy sessions. You will play a pivotal role in assisting potential students in selecting training programs and guiding them through the enrolment process. 

This role has the potential for the right applicant to build an exciting, rewarding and purposeful long-term career path. 

Duties
  • Train in the Master Practitioner of Holistic Art Therapy - on-campus each Thursday (paid).
  • Respond to course enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Meet with potential students and offer course enrolment advice via Zoom 
  • Maintain client and lead records 
  • Monitor course enquiries and follow up
  • Facilitate HICAT workshops
  • Assist in delivering on-campus and online art therapy training 
  • Provide support and assistance to the Headteacher as required
Attributes
  • Have a warm and bubbly personality -and love humans! 
  • Must have completed the HICAT program.
  • Must have professional, confident and friendly email and telephone manner. 
  • Must have experience using Zoom and good personal presentation. 
  • Technical Requirements and Software and Tools.
    • High level of proficiency in MS Office and Google apps
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Task Management:
    • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
    • Able to follow instructions and use initiative as appropriate.
  • Attention to Detail:
    • Strong attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure quality work.
    • Confidentiality and Trustworthiness:
    • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous Experience:
    • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Cultural Awareness:
    • Sensitivity to cultural differences, considering you'll be working across international borders with students from all over the world.
Compensation:
  • Pay rate: $36 per hour
  • Plus enrolment bonuses (to be discussed)
