Digital Content, Podcast & Social Media Manager - Part-time | Remote

We are seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to work closely with the Founder of Mind Body Education, supporting the creation, repurposing, and management of meaningful digital content across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning raw, authentic content into polished, professional media — and who understands the rhythm of heart-centred communication.
🌱 ABOUT THE ROLE
This role exists to amplify the voice and vision of our founder, transforming long-form video recordings into consistent, high-quality content across multiple platforms. The core of this role is repurposing daily video content provided by the Founder into multiple formats.
🎥Content Repurposing
- Receive videos recorded by the Founder
- Edit and repurpose these into:
- Instagram Reels
- Facebook Reels
- Podcast episodes
- YouTube videos (short and long form where appropriate)
- Add:
- Clear titles
- Light branding
- Captions and descriptions aligned with brand voice
- Upload and schedule content across platforms
The voice, message, and ideas are already provided.
Your role is to shape, polish, and distribute — not to script or invent.
🌿 SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
You will also manage and maintain our social media presence. This includes:
- Manage Facebook and Instagram pages
- Schedule posts and reels consistently
- Write captions that are warm and grounded
- Monitor comments and messages (respond or flag as needed)
- Support course launches and key campaigns with existing content

We support people to step into meaningful, purposeful careers that genuinely help others.
- 25 hours per week
- $55,000 AUD per annum
- Remote / work from home
- Regular Zoom check-ins with the Managing Director (daily - moving to weekly)
- 3-month probation period, with pay review once permanent
📅 Commencement date: January 12th, 2026
- A reliable computer and a strong internet connection
- Confidence and experience with:
- Video editing software
- Social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram are essential)
- Understanding of podcast platforms and YouTube uploads
- Strong written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in the wellness, education, or holistic space is highly regarded.
