We're looking for a Junior Social Media Assistant to join our team on the ground floor.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a social media whiz to assist in building our online presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook (including Meta Business Suite), YouTube (including YouTube Studio), Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Thread, TikTok, Google Page and apps like Spotify, CapCut,  ManyChat. Canva and LinkTree. 

You must be willing and able to learn your way around new programs and apps, including Kartra, and edit videos.
Some customer service skills are required along with excellent written and spoken English. 

If you're passionate about social media, have a creative flair, and love dogs (as we have one on staff!), we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating adverts and posts.
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts across all platforms. 
• Schedule  and monitor posts created by the marketing team
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and sharing user-generated content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adjust our strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with our team to create content that aligns with our brand and values
• Experience using Kartra would be advantageous but not essential
