Hours: 24 hours per week, 6 hours per day - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am to 3 pm.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team part-time at our office in Cooroy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic therapies and have a proven track record in content creation, video production, and digital marketing. This role will involve developing and executing complete marketing campaigns, managing our CMS, researching competitors, and converting leads into students through effective communication strategies.
This position would be ideal for a recent graduate.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
- Create and edit high-quality videos for marketing purposes.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our programs and services.
- Utilize platforms like Kartra to manage and automate marketing efforts.
Lead Management:
- Follow up with leads via email and telephone to convert them into students.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize lead conversion rate'
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on competitors to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
CMS and CRM Management:
- Manage content updates and ensure our website is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Establish and manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Liaise - Attend Zoom meetings to liaise and collaborate with our Social Media Manager · Liaise and collaborate with our CEO
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the holistic therapy or education sector.
- Strong content creation skills, including the ability to produce and edit videos.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Proficiency in Kartra
- Excellent research skills to analyse competitors and market trends.
- Strong communication skills for effectively following up with leads via email and telephone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about holistic therapies and committed to our mission.
- Ability to work in a busy, dynamic and often noisy shared office environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with holistic therapy practices and education.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
