We're looking for a highly experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Thread, and TikTok. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy that drives engagement, builds our brand, and attracts new followers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and engagement
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including:
  • Facebook: build organic followers, create engaging content, run ads, and monitor analytics
  • YouTube: create and edit videos and reels, optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags
  • Instagram: create engaging content, use relevant hashtags, and monitor analytics
  • Pinterest: create and curate content, optimize pins, and monitor analytics
  • LinkedIn: create and share content, engage with our audience, and monitor analytics
  • TikTok: create and share content, engage with our audience, and monitor analytics
• Create and schedule posts, including inspiring and informative content that resonates with our audience
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and sharing user-generated content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and adjust our strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with our team to create content that aligns with our brand and values
• Experience using Kartra would be advantageous but not essential

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
• Proven track record of building organic followers and increasing engagement on social media
• Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and video production
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and how to use data to inform our strategy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, supportive, and ethical approach to social media management
• Must love dogs (we have one on staff!)
