Yoga has now finished for this year.

We are very excited to introduce some fantastic new Yoga classes in various styles and at various times in 2025, including 
Hatha classes on Tuesday mornings and Yin classes  on Friday afternoons, starting in January 2025

Namaste Dear Ones,
My yoga journey started over 20 years ago, exploring mainly Bhakti yoga, Hatha yoga and meditation. Three years ago, I realized I had to move my own practice to a different level, and life led me to complete 500 hours of advanced yoga teacher training, becoming a qualified Hatha yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Yin Yoga teacher. 

I felt that “my yoga” was no longer just mine, and it was time to help people experience the incredible benefits I enjoyed. The mission in my heart is to share authentic yoga, true to the ancient wisdom and allow people to integrate yoga within themselves and with the world around them. 

I believe in a functional approach that respects the uniqueness of each one’s body, meeting yourself wherever you are in your own exceptional journey. 

I can’t wait to meet on the mat.

Hatha Yoga - Every Tuesday at 6.30 am.


I invite you to join me for a 60-minute breath-based Hatha yoga class where your breath becomes the centre of the practice, allowing you to connect to your movements and your own unique body in a mindful and compassionate way. 

We will move through asana sequences that help you release stagnant energy and prepare the body and the mind for practising pranayama (breath work), ending with a short and sweet meditation. 

It is a fantastic opportunity to start your day with a strong body and a peaceful, centred mind.

 
Yin Yoga - Every Friday at 5 pm.


What better way to end the week than with the incredible practice of Yin yoga? 

Yin yoga combines Daoist wisdom, the traditional Chinese medicine approach and Indian insight giving you the opportunity to slow down, get to know your own unique body and receive many physical benefits such as detoxification, flexibility, strengthening bones and ligaments on top of the emotional benefits as stress reduction and lowering cortisol levels leaving you in a state of profound calmness and focus. 

We will explore the principles of yin yoga and discover the beauty of the yin side of all manifestations. You will need one or two blocks, a bolster (or firm pillow) and a blanket to make the class YOURS.
